Our guarantee has been designed to help protect your recruiting investment.
We do not charge for unsatisfactory performance.
 

Permanent Placements:
We offer a 90 day**guarantee on our permanent placements. If the individual ceases employment with your firm within the guarantee period, ABiiS will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Any subsequent replacement will be subject to our placement fee.

Terminations arising from work shortages, layoffs, employee-employer relocation, illness or death do not apply.

 

** Our permanent placement guarantee is based on a standard workweek (40 hrs/week). The period is for 90 days or 488 hrs. All invoicing
must be current for the guarantee to remain valid.
